Same but different

1) Greene St in SoHo with the new World Trade Center in the far background. I also just realized the Melissa shoe store on the left. I bought my first Melissas in Tokyo and this is a nice little reminder that my Melissa sandals are waiting for me back home in KL. 2) The Taschen book store where i lost Naz for 10 mins. 3) I love it when clothing stores have cawfee! 4) Would love for an address in SoHo. 5) Naz patiently waiting while i snap a few pictures. 6) Chocolate art. 7) We’re both huge fans of Moods of Norway. Love the little tractors they’re selling, like a homage to their logo. 8) Having a cookie and coffee (from Cafe Cafe) break in front of the Jack Spade store. While sitting down, we heard someone say ”Did you know that Jack Spade is Kate Spade’s cousin?” Um, that’s not true of course.

We’ve been to SoHo about 50 times since we came here a year ago, not counting both the times we stayed during our holiday and when we first moved to NY. Walking the same streets, passing the same shops and yet, we’re still a huge fan of downtown. With every little trip, there’s always something new and different to see/eat/do/try/buy.

Just like the saying, it’s same same but different.
